Q. Are your packages only full day weddings?

A. Wedding is a once in a lifetime event, that is why we recommend a full day coverage so we can document your entire wedding day. But if you are wanting us for just a few hours and just cover only certain parts of your wedding , we can always customise a package for you.

Q. What is the price of your wedding packages?

A. Our wedding packages price starts from $2,500 for a full day coverage (10 hours). That includes two photographers to cover your entire wedding day. For full pricing, feel free to contact us for a non-obligatory quote.

Q. Our wedding is outside Auckland, do you travel?

A. Yes we do! But flights, accommodation, car rentals and petrol costs will be shouldered and arranged by the clients.  If the location is more than 70kms one way, we will require a rental car + petrol costs OR charge a standard mileage fee + petrol costs.

Q. Do you do albums?

A. Yes! We do Queensberry albums. Send us a message for our full album pricing.

Q. How do we book a wedding date?

A. Booking is a first in, first serve basis. We arrange a meet-up to get to know each other, answer all your questions and discuss more about your wedding plans. Then if you have decided that we are the right style and vendor for you , we will email you a contract that you can sign digitally together with an invoice for a 30% deposit to ensure the date is locked for you. The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to the wedding date.

Q. How many photographers will cover our wedding day

A. We always work as two photographers. In that way we have a wider range of perspective, composition, and more captured moments. Each of us is assigned to photograph a specific task, angle and parts of your wedding.

Q. Do you require food and parking space?

A. Yes, We need to energize and replenish too with a decent meal after a whole day of photographing; and yes we require an allotted parking  at the ceremony and reception if possible. You would not want us looking for a parking space when you are already walking down the aisle. 🙂

Q. How long do we have to wait until we get our copy of the photos?

A. Our turnaround time is between 6 to 8 weeks. We do not outsource our culling and editing; we handpick the photos that makes it to the edit and post process the images that will represent our style.

Q. How many photos will we get?

A. You will get 500+ High resolution images ready for print and a copy of web resolution images ready for social media sharing.

Q. Do we get the RAW files or unedited photos?

A. NO. We give you the high resolution processed images. Our editing, and end product is our style, and it is part of the service you will get from us. 🙂 For better understanding why photographers do not give out RAW files, read here.

Q. Do you edit the images?

A. Yes, We do minimal retouching, but NOT extensive editing and photo manipulation.

Q. Do we need to give you a shotlist?

A. No, we will be there to document the event so, rest assured we will get the important moments of the day. However, if there is a particular person or event that requires our attention, feel free to mention it to us.

Q. Do we have the rights for the digital files?

A. You may print and share your images whenever and wherever you like. However, you cannot sell and publish your images for profit, or use them in any commercial use without our written consent. If any of your wedding vendors request for some of your images for magazine publications or wanting to use it for their advertising or feature, please send them our way so we can provide them their needs.

Q. Can we show you images on my Pinterest board of ideas?

A. Sure you can! It is a good way to show your ideas and taste with us, but we will not re-create the shot. All photographs are different, lighting situations, location and mood. We will have our own take on it and we will make it original and unique as your own.
